YEREVAN, January 19. /ARKA/. Azerbaijani and Turkish hackers’ attacks in Armenia’s cyber space have become frequent, Samvel Martirosyan, an Armenian media and cyber security expert, says on its Facebook page.
He connects this with Azerbaijani ‘Black January’, which is marked on January 20.
“In these days they become more active, though in the last two years they were relatively passive,” Martirosyan said.
The cyber security specialist called on users to be more attentive and not to forget about security measures in internet.
Hundreds of Armenians were killed in well-organized pogroms that raged in Baku on January 13 to 20, 1990. To stop pogroms, Soviet troops were used.
In particular ‘black’ days, Azerbaijani hackers intensify their attacks on Armenian websites. -0—
